Born on 30 September 1954, Belgrade

Graduated from the Faculty of Philology; Department of Literature and Literary Theory; Belgrade University;

Postgraduate study at the Beijing Institute of Foreign Languages, 1981-1982.

Institute of International Politics and Economics, Editor-in-chief of "The Chronicle of International Events";

Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
