Ambassador Branimir Filipovic meets with NATO Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy

Brussels, 26 January 2021 - The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to NATO, Branimir Filipović, today met the Assistant Secretary General of NATO for Public Diplomacy, Ambassador Baiba Braže. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and partnership cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and NATO and the role of public diplomacy in promoting all activities in that regard. There was a positive assessment of the results achieved so far and the potential for further improvement of relations and cooperation, with full respect for the policy of military neutrality of the Republic of Serbia. Both agreed on the importance of the role and activities of NATO’s KFOR mission in Kosovo and Metohija, in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1244, including in the context of public diplomacy, as well.
